How much work does the average office worker get done in a day?

I work in a very busy coffee shop in a business district. Considering the fact that I see the same people getting coffee 3,4,5 times a day, I wonder if these people ever get any work done at all. And if not, why do they expect everyone else to work their butts off to serve them?

I think the people expect you to serve them because you "Work in a very busy coffee shop". If you feel this way, you should look for other work. Nobody likes a crabby coffee-server.! :P hehehe
