A is probably illegal.

B is not, C is definitely not, declawing cats for example.

D is not. Although is can be in some communitites, and the owner is still responsible for any damage the animal does.

None are. Vet schools use animals to teach surgery .Each animal is used once to teach a spay or netuer. After it has recovered, a second, more invasive, procedure is done. The animal is euthanized while under anesthesia at that point. There are no laws which say a domestic animal must have human contact, nore are you required in all states to keep domestic animals confined to your property (ie cats)

Vet practices that euthanize healthy animals or perform sx when not necessary, may cross the line of ethics, but not leagality. Same with individuals who withhold human contact. Not nice, but not illegal

Definitely C and D, and depending on the circumstances A and B too...A if by Euthanizing you mean killing someones animal on your own and not taking it to a vet or shelter...and B is if you kidnap the animal...C can be considered veterinary malpractice and D if the animal attacks someone while not on their owners property

C would be the answer...Animals get put to sleep all the time, due to overcrowding..No law states that an animal has to have human contact...Confining an animal is up to local laws...Unnecessary surgey is just wrong.

Jaysus, this is a most troubling question. I don't know about lawfulness; they're all unethical, though, and cruel, Cruel, CRUEL.
