Unless that 'Busa was seriously modded, you did not hit 200 mph, and definitely not through Houston proper. They're limited to 183 mph at the factory. The speedo lied to you.

I've been tucked down on my 600 on the freeway here in Colorado when my speedo cracked over 140 mph. But again, we all know that bike makers are "generous" with their speedo calculations to the tune of about 10% on average. So I'd say no less than 126 mph.

My first truck-a 1990 2wd Ford Ranger with a 7 inch lift and 33" tires. I went 100mph. Then, more recently, I got my old 1990 Kawasaki KLR 650 (dual sport, big dirt bike) to almost 110 before I had to slow down. Neither are too fast, but unlikely vehicles, I'd say.

Kerri L., a plane does NOT travel at 22,000mph. I'm not sure of the exact speed, but I know it's more like 48,000mph.

170 on my Suzuki Bandit 1200s. Ding and dong, an airplane doesn't go close to 20 or 40 thousand mph. Most common are less than 800mph.

Young and stupid. 155mph shorts and flipflops before the helmet law on a stolen Honda CBX (an old 6 cyinder). Older and wiser I have had my modified Harley at 135, though I did have pants and boots on.
