He plays and travels to a lot more ranking tournaments than any other player and wins therefore becoming world no1.
I think at the Uk open though that Taylor went back to no1.
Van Barneveld is making a real difference to the game aswell and i think he will be the one to watch

He plays a lot of tournaments and earns a lot of ranking points! It's the same as in golf. Lots of pros go to lots of tournaments to make money and earn ranking points, but when the face someone like Tiger..... Tiger wins and they are an also ran.

Well he plays much more tournaments and plus you wouldn't recognize him because he is European.
