I'm from Price, Utah. It's a nice town in a beautiful area, within 2 hours of 2 national parks, 3 national forests, and several excellent state parks and recreation areas, and only 1 & 1/2 hours from the Provo/Orem area. Price is also good because it hasn't been overrun with yuppies and retirees from other states like so many other parts of Utah. Price has nice down-to-earth people with a diverse mix, it's not overly crowded with Mormons as some areas like Logan are! I love Price and would definetely want to live there again. I live in Cedar City, Utah now, and it's cool and all the people here seem very nice, but it's very expensive here as so many people from California and other areas are moving here! St. George is really cool as well, but I just can't take the temps being over 100 degrees in the summer!

I'm somewhat afraid to ever go to Utah because of Jeff Warren's(who is still on the FBI's top 10 list) and the Kingston family. Are you a morman? Is that why you want to live there?I would choose a different destination.

I stay in Utah, and that i could say certain. the elements is distinct than California besides the undeniable fact that. Northern Utah is eco-friendly and desirable contained in the summer time and white and chilly contained in the iciness. Southern Utah is warmth, yet no longer really eco-friendly. there is lots to do in Utah, fantastically in case you want outdoor activities like mountaineering and snowboarding, tenting, trekking. it truly is a delightful position to stay.

My favorite Utah cities are: Farmington, Sandy, Provo, Logan (although it gets really cold there in the Winter) and Park City. :)

Salt Lake City. For being in such a conservative state, the city proper is pretty liberal and fun!
