HHH stands for Hunter Hearst Helmsley, the wrestling name of Paul Levesque, who also starred in Blade Trinity as the vampire Jarko Grimwood.
When he first joined the WWE he wrestled under the full name. His character was one of Nobility and he would walk to the ring with his nose in the air and a different female on his arm (until the arrival of Chyna) at each city he performed. He was very arrogant and his main objective was to anger the crowd.
Later He joined with Shawn Micheals to form a faction known at Degeneration X (DX). At that point he switched from the arrogant nobleman to the rebel/prankster (the character that we are all familiar with today). He decided to just use the initials of his wreslting name (H.H.H.) and became known as Triple H.
After the break-up of DX. He continued to use the name Triple H and also became known as "The Game" , "The Cerebral Assasin" , and "The King of Kings"
Today Triple H has rejoined forces with Shawn Micheals and brought back their faction Degeneration X.

"Both of them have feuded with Ric Flair, on RAW, during one of Cena's title reigns". Lol at that. When, since Carlito arrived on Raw, has Cena not held the title? You're grasping with that one. Basically, you're saying they're both heels with small, insignificant similarities (aside from the whole multiple-time champions thing- never knew that about Carlito. Except, Vince is not HHH's dad).

What the hell is a "detailed form"?
HHH was usually used when talking about Hubert H. Humphrey who was a presidential candidate and state senator some years ago.
HHH, Medically, stands for "High, Hot and a Hell of a Lot" or the "3H" enema.
