Hi!

I would have to say Jeanette Winterson. She is an author, a poet and a journalist.

I think her books are too 'unusual' for most readers. She has a following though.... My favorite books include "The PowerBook" and "Sexing the Cherry".

"The PowerBook" -- "The Powerbook is 21st Century fiction that uses past, present and future as shifting dimensions of a multiple reality. The story is simple. An e-writer called Ali, or Alix (because x marks the spot), will pin up a story for you, cut it to fit. Ali is a language costumier, writing to order, letting you be the hero of your own life, offering you freedom just for one night."

"Sexing the Cherry" -- "This is the story of Jordan, an orphan found floating on the River Thames, and his keeper, The Dog Woman, a huge and monstrous creature with a powerful right hook and a wide vocabulary. She is perhaps the only woman in English fiction confident enough to use filth as a fashion accessory."

:)

God, I hate those questions you do no longer prefer your tale like Twilight yet you prefer your tale to be someplace with different trees and to be chilly... did you already know that Jacob and his p.c.. are surely shape shifters (purely they pick to coach into wolves) and it sort of feels to me a Michigan Dogman is in basic terms the comparable element. Why no longer make her fall in love with a duck...i do no longer think of it extremely is been achieved
