I'm assuming by "controlling," you mean no more laws or conventional social mores...
I think thatwhat would happen is that you would initially see complete anarchy - there would be criminal chaos: people testing their boundaries. Then, you would find that groups of people will become unwilling to live in chaos, and would begin to govern themselves according to the principles they feel are right.
I don't think that you can have a society without rules, be them written or unwritten.

This control structure has evolved out of the basic fears and ideals of justice that we hold. We have been promised by this control system that everytime an injustice is done to us, we will be assured justice. But is justice not just another term for revenge? The more laws we create the more chances of them to be broken. The result of this control is the criminal chaos that we see around us today. Man is still as fearful of the external world as he was when he living in caves in the jungle.
Even the (unsaid) natural law of the jungle seems more civilized than any of our laws. Will anything be worse than it already is? I don't think so. But to imagine that such a control less society can emerge is wishful thinking, until the basic fears and greed are addressed and confronted. We are not ready to explore these areas as they take us away from our comfortable illusion of security. Also the people who are in control are not going to give it up so easily, are they?

Neither.
Without restraints, humans would simply behave in a way more natural to them. The only thing that makes a crime a crime is the law which defines a crime. Take away the law, which is what I presume you mean by control, and you have a world in which there can be no crime. Which means anything goes.
Great for the strong and the fit.
Not so good for the weak and the vulnerable.
Without "controls" we would see the rapid formation of self-identified groups within which a strong sense of hierarchical position and competition would prevail. We'd also see intense and lethal inter-tribal fighting, largely in the form of territorial disputes. And in time we would see the ascendancy of the tribe made fittest and strongest of all by (guess what)
Yepperz.
"Controls" which elevate their tribe to a cohesive and interdependent society which by virtue of higher levels of co-operation becomes more powerful than any of it's rivals :o)

Not all human beings live on the same level of existence. So as to have a common civil society, there is a need of common control of physical behaviour. However in the matter of indiviual choice of lifestyle , there need not be any control of the society if it does not interfere the minimum common laws.

Think I have that basic wisdom, but I am not sure about the other people in this world... Some surely don't have it... It will be really dangerous to stop controlling them...

Great question, I have often thought about that.
I think we all need guide lines, it keeps us in check.
Some of us would use out wisdom to prevail & others would see it as a ticket to a total free for all .

Wisdom, perhaps once we understand we have no need to control we will have the time to breath and realize we can think.
