It could be someone's nick- name meant to be written as King Bullet . Stephen King's movie Bullet , thus King Bullet perhaps?. The story "Bullet" is the story of a college aged hitchhiker who is picked up by a ghostly and menacing stranger.
If it was meant to be the nick name Kingbullet, then the 'i' most possibly is a spelling mistake as there is no such word as Kingbullit.
