use "Remote Desktoping" in windowsxp or higher.
U can find it in programs..-> accessories-->communications

If you have rights you can use tools such as Dameware, Terminal Clients, PCAnywhere, Timbuktu, etc.
If you not have rights you will have to plant a trojan horse by some how fooling the user of the personal computer.
You can also make use of some weak areas of windows, but that is some what difficult to do.

If its a girls' computer, marry her. Between wedding partners, everything is shared.
Or, have some prowler get it for you. But that way you get only the hardware. The password & software still eludes you.
