Depends on your age. Less than 5 yr old most parents will agree that children say the word NO quite a bit. As you grow older it depends on your personality, your job, your environment. Many factors. I suspect the word no is used more often than yes.
You could only come up with a guesstimate of what those numbers would be based only on you, since every person is different.
take the avg times per day you say no times the avg life span of a male or female and that should get you somewhat of an answer. Then do the same for the avg times per day you say yes.

Well, if you say yes toooo often you might get a bad reputation . . . & saying no is a natural - either to the hubby or the kiddies . . . lol
I never counted but lots & lots of both!
