Actually, the tenth commandment is Thou Shalt Not Covet Thy Neighbors Goods. You paraphrased and that's quite cheeky of you!
Your actual question about the Left Bank is ridiculous.

Go to Isreal and find out - think this is a 10 commandment thing, it's a war thing. Sorry, to say we are involved in a middle east conflict, Israel has a certain territory - it needs to be cleared up by a UN peace treaty.

Good one on that
But however in an old Jewish joke they allready called Mozes an idiot so why should the still care about his 10 commandments.
The joke goes as follows
One day a teacher asks his students
Boys what do you know of Mozes
Salomon replies
Well he was quite the idiot
What!!! the teacher replies how dare you speak like that about our noble forefather
to which Salomon says In the bible it says Mozes turned left in the desert. If that idiot had gone right all that oil would have been ours now(Jewish jokes are not very funny to outsiders but always try to make a good point did you get it?)

That would actually come under stealing, rather than coveting, but Israel would argue that it's not stealing because they do not intend to permanently deprive the palestinians of ownership - just until Israel decides that there's no longer a security threat. To the Israelis, it's just like taking someone's gun away from them to stop them shooting you.

Take the whole word of God ... Check out how much Isreal is suppose to own. It is a lot more than they have now . They don't covet what belongs to others they occupy what is rightfully theirs at least part of what should be theirs.

It does and always did belong to Israel! It was taken from them by the Ottermans and many others.
The Golan heights belongs to them and they "gave it back". Look what happend as a result of this - Israel has rockets rained down on it almost daily, even before the current conflict.

Er, yup. Well how about 'Thou shalt not kill' and 'Love thy neighbour as thyself'?
Sadly very few people today take any notice of God's commands.
