It is hard to compare footballers of different eras. Duncan Edwards and Bobby Charlton are strong contenders. Best was a skilful player but didn't play as long as Charlton so I would say Charlton in terms of his contribution to the Club.

In later years Keane was the best midfielder in the Premier League and again did it for many years. Cantona was clearly a skilful, motivational player but I have to go for Keane from the modern era. Robson also contributed much.

So a choice between Keane and Charlton. I think Charlton gets it for me for his goals. Surely the best striker of a ball England has ever produced.

Best n Cantona played in different eras.George Best has alcoholic problem which he can's ditched n flirting around too much.Eric Cantona is a little bit too violence wif his famous 'Flying Kick' but he's now a better man.Best has achieved success in Europe compared 2 Cantona.I thq Best is a little bit better than Cantona but i would like 2 idolise Cantona who has a better personality.

I'd pick Best anytime just a little shocked that no Man Utd fan has mentioned the legendary Duncan Edwards.

No one! Anyone who has played for man united is instantly hated by every other football fan.

As a result you will never get a sensible, rational or true answer!

They cant be a great player if they have been tainted by a dispicable employer!
