An international what? You must have come from a country which English was the primary language.

How is it that you can be in this country and not know how many cents are in a dollar? Have you not bought a drink, a newspaper, anything? Did you rent a car at the airport ? Take a taxi, a bus? I am just shocked that you would not have researched this before you got here or right after you got off the plane. How did you exchange your money?
