Hon, the rule of thumb is "less is always more". Sure go with the double anklet bracelets but make sure the footwear is stella and understated, oh and skip all other jewellery - let the anklets do the "talking".

i really don't like them personally - probably cuz i'm too old - just never - ever wear them with stockings (nylons) that is very tacky.
