Never set up a home network. ...and not exactly sure what you mean but...
1) Disconnect single computer from network: Open "Network Connections" and disable the active network connection or unplug the cable from the computer.
2) Turn off entire network: Cut power to the router
3) Remove entire existence of network: Cut power to router, disconnect cables from each computer, and install all network associated drivers and software.

This question doesn't make sense. Obvious you can just disconnect the router / hub /cables. What are you really asking ?
