or is it just the head chef ? I would beat the crap out of him if he slapped a dish out of my hand like that . I guess if you offer enough money you can get away with being an a$$ .

I like the show, but agree that the Host/Chef needs to be 'FIRED'! I could not allow someone to disrespect me like that for no amount of money!
Last week was the best whenever Kieth called Chef Ramsey out about having a hard on for Virginia.... cuz I thought so too. Chef asked him why he was rude and Kieth replied, "You've been rude to me this entire time!" LMAO!
I was surprised that Heather didn't put Virginia out there when she nominated her, by saying, "I chose Virginia because she has expressed numerous times that she wasn't ready. She is also an admitted Bi-Polar personality... so I, personally, think she will never be ready for the pressure of running her own kitchen."
I was hoping it would be H/K to the finals, so I was salty whenever Ramsey kept Virginia's weak a$$, but that means my #1 pick, Heather, has an even better chance of winning!

Okay, here is my theory: You know what kind of person he is by watching the first season. If you think you are smart enough and that great of a cook to even be in his league, then you get what you deserve on that show! He is a tough, no nonsense chef who just wants the best from his staff. The staff reflects on how good of a manager he is when it comes to cooking and serving quality food in a fast paced environment. If you do not think you can handle that, then you should not even be there. But, if you think you can handle that, then go for it. just be prepared. Another chef would've been up there and probably be just as brutal.

i only watch the show because of the head chef. haha it pretty funny how he swears at everyone..and if u r offended by it then dont watch it, nd dont feel sorry for the ppl he's swearing at cuz they signed up for the show and they knew what kind of a person he is.
