Can someone give me a step by step guide to makeup?

Besides the lipstick and foundation, I know nothing about doing a good makeup.
Please help?

First you must look at your skin type. are you blonde with pale skin, is your skin medium color or tan.
Then get a foundation that is right for you.

This is what I do.
I have red hair and light skin plus I am 37 so im getting old lol
I use a foundation thats liquid from cover girl for light skin. Then I blot my t zone ( forhead nose and chin) with powered foundation of the same shade.
For blush I use liquid blush which comes in a thing like lip stick and I apply it to the apple ( mid section) of my check bones. Then I blend it or rub it in.
For eye shadow I am a autumn. This means because of my reddish blonde hair and pale skin lighter earth tone shades like browns look better on me.
I put a medium brown shade on my lid a darker brown shade in the edge of the crease of my lid then a light pinkish brown on the upper lid.
For my lips I line them with medium shade pink lip liner, put on pink lip stick and spruce up with a pink lip gloss this gives them a full sexy look.
I use light black eye liner as well.
The look is really yours alone Just make sure you have the right colors for your skin tone. nothing is funnier then a pale chick with dark blue eyes shadow, and bright pink lip stick. lol Just ask drew cary
