It doesn't have anything to do with the pills. It's a local reaction, maybe allergic, to his sperm. You should see a doctor, probably both of you.

The pill can effect your natural lubrication. You are probably getting irritated inside during sex, and you don't feel it until his semen touches the irritated tissue. It might be useful to lube up. If that doesn't help, you my want to make sure you don't have an infection.
