I'm about to set up a new Internet recruitment site. Would you be willing to send me your CV and what kind of job you are looking for, so I can start to build up my database of perspective employees?

Sorry - "prospective" employees

How do you edit your question if you notice a typo?

It doesn't matter where you live. The Internet is international. Just let me know where you are and where you want to be.

I think you may have a good idea but wouldn't you want to narrow your job fields down to a few so that you can start to network within that realm so as to develop meaningful contacts on both sides of the potential employers and potential employees fields?

Otherwise you are going to be getting a heck of a lot of resumes from people who want jobs in dozens or hundreds of different fields. To be really good at this, you in turn need to be good or knowledgable at those fields as well. So, I think narrowing your career realms (and identifying those to your prospects) will help you to help them.

Yes I am looking for a new job. I am looking for a more challenging position in terms of HR. Unfortunately I cannot send you my CV unless you want to cover international clientele. If you want to expand your database you can contact me and we will talk about it
