5.exercise your eyes like look up,down ,right and left.
6.never sit near the t.v., watch from little distance.

exercise your eyeballs to refrain from eye strain. look upward, then down, and sidewards especialy when your always using the computer. my dad says to look for something "green" in nature, so you'll feel refreshed.
