Tell him to take his mole to the vet, unless it's not an animal! If it is a mole on the body it shouldn't be smelly. If it is, tell him he needs to see a doctor about it. He might be annoyed, but that's what friends are for. You'll survive.

You can take the next best opportunity to gift him a deodorant and tell him this perfume is your favorite and you will be happy to meet your friend with this deo on him. Nobody is hurt and he will get the message.
