I hate underwear. I hate clothes. I believe that the bra is the modern version of a medieval torture device. Don't wear a bra, or underwear of any kind. Try to wear the least clothing possible. Don't shave anything. Look like God meant for you to look, and you will be your most beautiful.

As far a s panties go they can,t always tell, there are many types that you can get , that do not show any lines. Where the bra is concerned , it is really the nipples that are the issue. I get these big round bandaids to put over mine and I get these really comfy stretch lacey tank tops to control bounce. I work hard physical labor and bras just kill me.So I came up with this program so I could be comfy , but no one will be offended

it usually seems slutty, but if you're trying to avoid a bra, here's a good rule of thumb:

the pencil rule: if you can lift your breast, lay a pencil right at the base, and let your breast down again, and the pencil stays (trapped between your boob and body), you always need a bra. if your boob will not hold a pencil, it is safe to go without one (but beware, a cold breeze will have your nipples poking holes in your shirt!)
