I spilled some prune juice on one of my white shirts, I'm not sure what would be best to get it out.

If it's bleach safe material, then bleach it. Bleach takes everything out! Try OxyClean for natural stains. It works. Try a pre-treater and let it sit, or pour a small amount of liquid detergent straight on the stain and let it sit.
Stains from organic materials are easy to get out. It's the synthetic ones that are a b*tch!
