Her head grew normally but her body hasn't. She had a boob job because she said she had nothing there. If you look at her closely you can see that she has a childs body. Her face appears to have grown older than her years, poor girl.
I don't know what you mean by 'rate' her but I hope I've answered correctly.

she is built like a child, no 24 year old should be able to fit in to tiny childrens clothes, when you saw her lying beside imogen on the floor, Imogen looked huge and that is just weird,
I think she looks like a freak and I hate that stupid hand waving thing she does, she wants to be treated like a baby.

she happens to be the worst person that i ahve ever seen on the telly.
