i tried to block on just one account but then it blocked on both and i dont know why

If you use dial up internet connection, its easy. The dialup dialog has an option: save this password for only me, or anyone who uses this computer. You de-select the "anyone who users this computer". You are done.

Disable the internet from the control panel on the side you don't want...

no way to do that ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,but if u want to do something like that,,,,,,,,,,try to make speacial ports for the account u want to block it then use ur firewall to block this port,,,,,,,,,,,,,,maybe it won't work
