That people expect to be compensated highly for their work, however when they make a purchases, it is usually the lowest cost that wins their favor...is this why businesses tend to use the cheapest labor with the least amount of benefits?

I guess what I really meant is this, People buy cheap stuff and then get pissed because their job was sent where labor is cheap...

Could it be, a flaw in capitalism? Say it isn't so. But what then?

The people always start their careeer with the low wages. Over a period of time they expect they be compensated well. When they are paid less they do more work, and when paid high do less work.

For purchases it all depends on purchasing power, the society from where came and the back ground culture etc.

But everybody tries for best value with least cost.

That's just the way it is, people want a bargain.
They want to make loads of money & spend very little of it.

sounds about right, the cheaper the labor they get the richer they become.
