Can I start desert rose (adenium Obesum) seeds this time of year in Wisconsin (Indoors)?

I purhased some desert rose seeds from ebay and I was wondering if I could start them now, or if I should wait until spring....They are freshly germinated and picked from Australia, where it is coming into spring. Are they going to work for me?
