Why Hamas hate Israelis so much that they want to destroy them?

Because thousands of Jews moved to the region the Palestinians called home, mostly due to increasing anti-semitism in Europe in the late 1800's and early 1900's. As a result, Britain & the UN gave a portion of the region (which they had conquered in WW1) to the Jews. Some of the Palestinians living within that area didn't want to be ruled by a government run by Jews and some of the Jews didn't want them there (though the Palestinians were legally allowed to stay). As a result, the Palestinians felt displaced because they felt the land was theirs. Thus the hatred and formation of groups such as Hamas bent on the destruction of Israel, which they believe has no rightful claim to the land.

Then, being surrounded by enemies bent on its destruction, Israel has had to defend itself numerous times and in doing so gained additional land that it didn't want to give up. Being hard pressed on all sides, Israel has had to bare a heavy hand which makes those who already hate her hate her even more.

Hamas is an extreme Islamist sect. The Koran teaches that anyone who is not Muslim is an infidel and must convert to Islam or be killed. The members of Hamas take that very seriously. They also believe they will be rewarded by Allah if they die while killing at least one infidel. The Israelis refuse to accept Islam and believe in God the Father Almighty (they acknowledge Jesus and the miracles He performed, but they do not believe that He is the Messiah). So Hamas regards the Jews in the Middle East as a "plague" on their land that must be destroyed.

The Palestinians are despised the world over. Arabs dislike them. Israel thought that the Palestinians were Arabs as well, which is a racist thing to do: when one particular culture is denied its own identity and lumped together with a more visible one (i.e.: every brown skinned Spanish speaker in the US ought be Mexican).
It took decades for the Palestinians to made themselves heard. Credit must be given to Yasser Arafat, who was kicked out from Jordan and Egypt, with all his people.
Some Palestinians didn't like the consistent rejection and came to the conclusion that the State of Israel is the illegitimate one in the region. These factions adopted the extreme perspective of blotting Israel out, because of their illegitimacy. Hamas is the most prominent advocate of this perspective.

The Zionist Jewish group moved to Palestine with the help of the British. The came in like lightening, attacking the Palestinian people and takign up heir space till they occupied 3/4 of Palestine. Till the initifadah(WOrld recognized Palestinian group) did somethign to gain back their rights(whch are not yet fully achieved). From that time onwards, theres a scar left on every Palestinian that cannot heal. Passing on form child to child. Who wudnt hate the Jews for such cruelty?
