Being a mother and losing my first child at birth full term, honestly how could a parent have a preference. As long as the baby is born healthy why should the sex of the child matter. I gave birth to 3 beautiful sons and I wouldn't change it for anything. The first time you lay your eyes on the tiny little miracle that is a part of you, you don't think gosh i didn't want a girl or a boy, whichever the case may be, your emotions are amazed and in awe over your child. Be blessed no matter what the sex of the baby is.

I prefer a boy...though for me the most important thing is the baby and the mother will be in a good health...but preference is ok, right???

Why baby boy?

1. Baby boy is easier to clean. Girl need more careful treatment when you wipe them after they pee.

2. boys are simpler than girls when it comes to fashion stuff...you just have to give the t-shirts, shorts and pants. This might not be a problem when they are babies..but when they grows...girls start to know stuff like jewelleries, hair pins, bra, lingeries, stockings, necklace, and so many shoes and bags, not to mention extra cost for make-ups...

3. boys dont have PMS every month, coz they wont have period! Another good thing about this is...no extra expense for tampons

4. boys can't be pregnant. Sometimes people make mistakes when the ragging hormones comes during their teenage time...if they make mistake and not wearing any protection...they wont be suffering from pregnancies

and that's why i prefer boys...

When I first found out i was pregnant I immediately wanted a boy (and I got him) I think a boy and his mother has a sepcial bond just as much as they say the bond between a father and his daughter is unbreakable. Later in my pregnancy I decided I would be just as pleased if I were to have a girl.

PS: I also believe that a bond between a mother/parents and a child is the greatest thing.

I would want a boy first, and then a girl, that way, the boy could protect the girl while growing up. Also, boys can be a bigger handful and more energy in their younger years, so I would want the boy first so I could be young enough to have alot of energy to keep up with him.

... I already have a girl and I don't feel like I am missing anything by not having a boy... yea definitely want a girl, with my attitude toward men it would be hard to raise a boy to be the kind of man that could succeed in life and love.

a girl, no doubt!

They bring a sparkle of softness to this world. They nurture and bring life again themselves by giving birth.

Boys tend to come and bring trouble and start wars.

Either you long for those who tend to give or you prefer those who just take back again

i would prefer a healthy baby no matter the gender. I am glad I have a girl. 16yr old now.
but very glad she is healthy.
did have an unhealthy baby, very heart broken. 5years ago.

my mom had 8 kids and she didnt care what the gender was just that we were all healthy.

I dont care what I'd have just as long as it came out healthy
But still, I have thought about what I'd name him/her but I could
never come up with a good boy's name
So I guess I would say Girl, if anything at all
