%age of smoke emitted by pollutants ploughed back in soill and how much in atmosphere and outer space?

Just curious to know whether part of smoke and other gases released by pollutants goes off earth.

None of it goes into space. most of it ends up in the water supply and about 2 parts per billion remain in the atmosphere where they change into other compounds like Ozone or ozone depleting chemicals.
