i am a 13 year old girl who stays home and babysits all week and i can only go in my back yard or in the house i am at home until 6:00 and then me and my parents take him to practice. from 6:00 to 8:00 2 hours

well i dont get your prob but i think your lookin for somrthin to do to keep you fit. Maybe do a sport. That will keep you healthy and strong and you can get boyys attention sayin you do a sport like them!!!

Work out to one of those aerobic tapes for some minutes each day. Jump rope, ride a stationary bike, or use a treadmill (if those things are available)

maybe your parents could buy you a treadmill or bike and you could exerscie at home while you baby sit or take the kid you baby sit for for a walk ,also a gym or y membership on the weekends

i irish dance, im mega fit and got muscley legs through having fun, there are loads of dvds around
