Yes, I would give it a high recommend.

I have a Yamaha RX 135cc. It's a bick that's not made any more. It's a 1986 model and today it running very well. In the time period of 14 years it failed to start three times. Little problems that were solved handy enough. Of course, it will have it's maintenance like any other machine. But a bick that rarely if ever let's you down is a machine worth having.

I would recommend Yamaha. Very reliable bikes...they last a long time. And they have more than enough power right out of the box. I find that Hondas in the same class are reliable and long lasting...but a little underpowered.

I have owned a yamaha Venture 1200 and a Maxim 750, and tested a Honda shadow 1100. I found the Yamaha to be the more gratifying ride.

Yamaha makes great motorcycles I've owned many of them and liked every one. I have 4 of them now and love they way they run and ride. They're dependable cheap to operate. I have nothing but good things to say about Yamahas. I just love the V Max.
