Also he is my collegue and quite senior, married even i am married. Do u guys think he must be scared due 2 professional reasons? or he's just not interested anymore? do virgo's react good to direct talks?

Exactly what is is that you're looking for from this fellow--an out and out affair or an innocent flirtation? You're both married, and even if you both have open marriages, a sexual liason would be something to avoid if you value your career. These things can get very messy!

If the innocent flirtation is what you were enjoying, perhaps you should look at why it bother you when it stopped. Are you simply feeling rejected because this man no longer seems interested in you? It's possible that the pressure of his work or personal life has caused him to be more focused on that than on women in the workplace. But the reason he seems to be no longer interested is not the underlying question as I see it. The important thing is, why is this so important to you?

It sounds as if your marriage (and possibly your life) has become dull and you could use something to spice it up. Why not take some of your flirtatious energy and focus it on your husband? Surprise him by setting up a special date to go somewhere romantic. You can do special things like telling him that you want to dance for him, but that he's not allowed to touch you until you finish the dance. Egad, there are so many ways to rekindle that spark.

No, I would not talk to the man in the office about how he feels about you. Let the professional relation remain a good one, and try to turn your marriage back into a romance.

Virgos are level headed ppl.Go talk to him if u share a comfort level with him.Once u open up, maybe he would too.then, u might figure out why he's behaving the way he is.Also, ull not break ur head by unnecessarily thinking all sorts of things over this issue which might not even be true!!

Give him a cootchie wiggle and see if that wakes him up to your body language. If he ignores that , he is probably a fag.
