Rabby. it is not so much a question as a desired trait. To have a "proven ability to think and act in an innovative manner" suggests to me that they are after someone who has experience in difficult situations and can think on their feet and react quickly, and usually come up with a brilliant "NEW" way of dealing with situations. They seem to be asking " do you have such a trait and what incidences could you list to demonstrate it?". JUST AN OPINION. BEST WISHES AND GOOD LUCK. whats the job???

I believe they would like you to give them an example of a situation you deviced in the organization that help the organization in a certain way. For example you can state that normally information used to be accessed by one person which resulted to a lot of time being wasted waiting for one person to finish with the file. You came up with the idea of digitally transferring the file into the server computer and made sure every employee had access to the information.
