Why am i not taller than my parents? Most kids grow to be either taller or the exact same hieght as thier parents. My dads lil frikkin 6"3 and my moms like 5"7 and im damn 5"3. I hate being the shortest in my family. My brother and sister are still growning and you can tell just by lookin at their legs that they are going to be much taller than me. Is it possible that i may grow a little more or am i going to stay this height forever?

I know im not the shortest person in the world but its so hard for me to find pants that fit me perfectly. My legs are super short.

I'm most attracted to women who are 5'2"/5'3". I saw a woman just a few days ago who was about that height with unusually short legs and a propotionally long back - awesome/sexy looking is what I thought.
However, not everyone is fully grown at 16. The majority perhaps, but some develope more height later. As an example I finished high school standing 5'6" and weighing 110 lbs. at 18. Today I stand 5'7" and weigh 175 lbs. at 45. I'm not sure when that extra inch of height came in. I just know that when I took a physical, there it was.

First of all you are only 16 and still have a chance to grow a little bit more. That's not to say that you will grow to be 6 feet but some people have late growth spurts. Secondly, being a tall woman is not all its cracked up to be. I am 6'3 and as a woman it is hard as HELL to find pants, shoes ( I have big feet as a result of my height), and long sleeve shirts that are fashionable and fit me well. And when I do find them they usually cot more because of the extra fabric. I also have a tendency to hit my head on everything lol. As a temporary solution you can always wear heels to enhance your height and you can put them with virtually any outfit.
It's also harder to find a boyfriend because most shorter guys are intimidated by a taller woman. Sometimes I wish I was a little shorter!

Don't worry, females can grow as long as they live. It's the men who stop growing at the age of 18, approximately. And, don't despiar, small girls are usually more cute...like me. I'm 5'2''..

You'll grow, you'll keep growing til your in your late teens, stop stressing about it. Least your 5ft3" at 16, i'm 5ft1" and i'm 28!!!
