i think:
France-- Zidane and others.
Brazil -- PLENTY! Can't name all of them. Ex: Ronaldniho, Kaka, Robinho, etc.
Germany -- PLENTY, but need to be train and challenge like Brazilians. Ex: the Int'l. Trio: Philipp Lahm, Lukas Podolski, Bastian Schweinsteiger. David Odonkor. etc.
Beckham is not talented, he sounds gay and but just looks hot. He is only good at free kicks.
C. Ronaldo needs to work on NOT diving constantly. He is surely the Prince of Diving
Rooney is not talented. The guy is addicted to gambling, and needs anger management.
Torres needs more experience to be world-class.

The one that falls over the most, gets an unfair penalty and kicks a goal. Soccer rewards cheats so the most talented player is the one who cheats the best. You just have to look at the World Cup just finished to see that.
