If Excessive sweating is your problem you'll find here vert good tips: http://bitly.com/CureYourExcessiveSweating
About 2% to 3% of the general population experience excessive sweating a condition called hyperhidrosis which can occur with or without a trigger. The most common type is called primary (or focal) hyperhidrosis and it has no known cause, although it seems to run in families. You may have a different type of excessive sweating called secondary (or generalized) hyperhidrosis.
This means that your symptoms may be due to an underlying medical condition or disease (e.g., nerve damage or a hormone disorder), or due to a side effect of a medication you are taking. Talk to your doctor.

Acupuncture.
I'm a western medical doctor, but admit we have no answer for sweaty palms.
Sweating is part of the "autonomic nervous system", which also controls things like digestion, pupillary response, vomiting, heart rate amongst other things.
From a western medicine point of view sweating is not a condition by itself, but sometimes accompanies illness (fever, vomiting, infections etc) i.e. it is only a symptom of something else.
Eastern medicine however DOES address this isolated symptom. Likely the needles stimulate (or block) the autonomic nervous system stimuli that cause sweating.
Of course they talk about things like "unblocking Qi", or "your gallbladder is out of balance" (whatever that means).

This condition is called PALMAR HYPERHIDROSIS. In addition to a number of medical treatments, there is a surgery that works wonderfully. Ask your physician or see the following Mayo Clinic site for more details:

I understand that there are medical procedures that work to close off the pores in that area of the body. However, I believe that it leads to sweating out of other pores in a different area of your skin.
