Dan Brown DaVinci Code - because I am so sick of someone asking if we think it's true, EVERY SINGLE DAY!

Although I have to say that there aren't many answers that I don't agree with on here already, like those regarding chick lit and the biographies of 20 year old pseudo-celebrities.

And Dogs dung - what's narrow minded about asking people to refrain from holy book bashing to prevent a thousand answers that are all the same, and that would probably also class as 'inciting hatred' and therefore HAVE to be reported! Pleb!

Periandros van Korinte. You guys probably think I'm nuts, but it was our Afrikaans reading book in the last year of high School and it's a big load of nonsense!

Go figure, people want to burn a book (the Bible), that actually has meaning, but they forget to burn those that promote anger, agression and sexual promiscuity.

Shame on you fw.

God bless

Rick Santorum's "It Takes a Family: Conservatism and the Common Good". He's an asshole.

Anything by Ann Coulter. She's a cu nt (and I don't throw that word around lightly, you know)

L. Ron Hubbard: Dianetics. What a freak.

Black Beauty - I HATE this book. I've read it to my daughter approximately 17,000 times, and it SUCKS!!!!!!!!!

No books should ever be burnt. Too many people want to destroy what they don't like or can't understand. Remember the Nazi's had public book burnings. Toleration would help in this crazy world.

The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho. What a load of sixth form pseudo-mystic, pretentious rubbish. The most over-rated book ever? I should bloody say so!

It would have to be any of the mini celebs autobiography, most have done nothing amazing with their life, how dare they waste publishing space on their kiss and tell's and cat fights, in that space in the book shop there could have been something by someone who pt time and love into their book, who actualy have something to say.
In fact could i please throw the autors in aswell?!!?!?

Also i cannot believe that someone wanted the Color Purple burned, ok its unconventially written but it is fantastic, and toucking, i am guessing you studied it at school right?

All of my husbands books, he buys them reads them Jams them in the already crowed shelf that take up half of the study. Why can't he just go to the library and give me some more space in my house
Last count there was 4724, is your fire big enough?

It would have to be the biography of some so called 'celebrity' who is about 20 years old only and haven't really lived at all.

It's wrong to burn books, the ones you don't like serve wonderfully well as toilet paper for deprived people. But yes, the DaVinci code would have to be burned - you can't wipe away crap with more crap!
