i love someone in my school. but he will be moving out this month. maybe we'll never gonna meet again. should i tell him how do i feel about him before he moved out?

Within a month of him leaving you will start to feel better and think about moving on. You only still love him cos you see him every day. Sorry if this sounds hard, but I don't think you have anything to gain by opening yourself up to being hurt.

No, don't tell him, just take it as a part of growing up. If you are friendly with him, say goodbye and wish him all the best and possibly casually leave him your telephone number or address and ask him to call or write to tell you how he's getting along.
There will be plenty of new boys for you to meet as you grow up. Life is very exciting and at the same time difficult when your first love moves on. Keep smiling and be happy.

No, tell him you'd like to keep in contact, get his address and phone #, DON'T sound desperate, take it slow. Sometimes out of desperation we may make mistakes we'll regret. He'll defiantly respect you more in the future for this if it does work...

I knoe what love is. If you really are in love with him and if your heart feel so you please donnot delay that by not telling your feelings to him. If not if thats an attraction just forget it and go on with his life and jus try to find out your true love.
