It is Legal, if you live a death penalty state.

Some states have eliminated the death penalty so we can support violent criminals for the rest of their lives.

Its legal by law in some parts of the world- for instance in some states in the USA where there is death by electrocution. However its illegal in the UK for instance- it was last used here in the 1960's.

at least in india it's legal & if you're asking about my opinion than i think it depends upon the height of the crime . if the person in question is a serial killer than death penalty wud be suitable otherwise we don't have the power to give life than how can we take someone's life??

an animal who kill human being naturally man order to kill that animal but why not a man who kill other persons will not get death plenty. suppose you are judge and real culprits of 9/11 are being decided by you what plenty you will decide?
