I think he was refering to the other guys middle class life style similar to the Cleaver family in the old TV show Leave it to Beaver. The rapper he was competing against gave him a hard time for being white saying he wasn't "street" enough to rap. But Eminem responded that he was even less from the streets as he came from money and never had to struggle.
