I would advice you to stop it and tell your wife the truth. She will surely find it out one day. This will then hurt her a lot. To err is human. If you sincerely regret what you have done, so go and talk it over with your wife. She will surely be very angry but in a way she will also be willing to forgive you for telling her the truth. It will be better for her to hear this from you rather than from someone else. Don't ever do that again. You might regret it afterwards. Keep your wife happy,don't betray her and enjoy life. She will find out eventually,,,, it's her sister. Either she will tell her through guilt, or your wife will see there is something suss between the two of you.
Fess-up. She may leave you..... but there is a much better chance of her forgiving you if you tell her the truth.
But I know I wouldn't forgive you or my sister..... cheating is the ultimate deal breaker.

in that case, try to know whats there in your wife's mind .. she may dislake it, or .. she may like it too !! you know .. an woman's heart is deeper than ocean .. and there are many ladies , who like to have an another female partner .. and even her sis ! so .. try to understand whats there in your wife's heart, and if you find there is no space for her sis, then you have to decide who is more important to you .. your wife or her sis .. and go ahed
