Just buy them from the Post Office then send them to wherever you are paying. They cost money though like £1 per £10 or something like that so its cheaper to send a personal cheque if you can x

You get Postal Orders from the Post Office, you exchange your money for the Orders which are like certificates. They are a safer way to send than cash as they are usually made out to someone (like a cheque) then, when the recipient receives them, they can exchange the Orders back into real money.
