The conflict is spiritual. God always sends "prophetic shadows--Torah moulds and then Messianic confirmations." Torah feasts--Messianic manifestations; Temple of Solomon--preview of the Messiah’s house on earth; Zimri, an army chief sitting on Israel's throne and building an edifice in Israel--Mohammed, an army chief having a mosque built in Israel. Prophet Mohammed was sent with a specific message: Muslims are included in God's restorative covenant: Isaiah 11:11. Prophets are never sent to build any new religions because God is jealous about His bride--the spiritual flock. See Sura 5:48 "To Jesus son of Mary (mentioned in 5; 46) we sent the Scripture in truth. Sura 2:87 We gave Moses the Book and followed him up with a succession of messengers; we gave Jesus son of Mary clear signs and strengthened him.
When Prophet Mohammed died, the Kharijites, Asherities, Ismailiya, and the Mutazilities were given the task to document and record prophet Mohammed's visions. Remember that the prophet could not read or write. Each group wrestled to have their opinions and philosophies dominant in the Holy Koran. Notice that unlike the Torah, which allowed each prophets' books to be placed in one book, the Koran allowed "non-enlightened" groups to overwrite the prophet's visions. God foresaw such. Look at what God said about the usurped religion of leaders of Lebanon "Tyre." In Ezekiel 28 we are given a portrait of the “faith” of the Prince of Tyre—“Your heart is lifted up and you have said, ‘I am El (God), I sit in the seat of Elohim’…yet you are a man, and not a god, though you set your heart as the heart of a god . . . they shall throw you down into the Pit, and you shall die the death of the slain.” From the Associations for Reconciliation of the Seed of Abraham-- reference book "The Golden Fleece Found."
