Of course "stay the course" is wrong. To even have gotten involved in Iraq was a major error in the first place. This country invaded a sovereign state under false pretenses and is now paying the price for one man's foolishness...Geo. W. Bush being that foolish man. Many people have stated we have to stay but what will we accomplish? If anybody thinks that once we declare "job well done" and leave, Iraq won't be back to the way it was 6 months after we've gone lives in a fairy tale. The United States has lost wars before. The Korean War being one of them (Yea, I know it was an "truce" but in reality we lost) and the war in Vietnam being another. To those that say if we leave then the lives of our troops were lost in vain. To them I ask how many more lives are going to be lost before this idiotic adventure is over? Over 50,000 lives were lost in Vietnam. All lost in vain.

We have to stay. I'm not sure what Dobs is talking about but from experience I know he's an idiot. If we do not stay, Syria and Iran and terrorist will flood into Iraq and the situation will be far worse. It's sad the situation has escalated sooo much but the only thing to do is ride it out. If something goes wrong, you can't just turn tail and leave. Iraqi's depend on us to stay there until they're stable enough. One day this will happen, but it will be a long long time down the road. Think Germany a long time ago. Now look at how great Germany is today, it's wonderful and troops are STILL there!

well, I am Iraqi, and i live in Baghdad right now, and i will give one evidence that the US government miss planned the war over Iraq, it is a tiny evidence but it tells a lot
When the Americans came in ( i mean those who rolled the country not the troops) they gave an emergency salary to all the ex-Iraqi government employees, this gift was 20 USD,
When they calculated this amount, it was based on the facts and data of the resistance leaders to Saddam Hussein, they informed the US government that the average salary of the Iraqi employee is 3 USD per month, so, when they gave the 20 USD they thought it will be like a fortune.
ALL THIS IS WRONG
The truth is, it is quit right that the salaries was too low, but it will never be less than 100 USD/ month
Based on this simple fact, you can imagine what else they planned according to the information and data they got from those resistance leaders who never visited Iraq since at least 20 years

Both ways are dangerous for the united states, leaving iraq in this way will be the complete destruction for america, like the soviet union experienced in afganistan , staying in iraq will be the gifts in the form of dead bodies of her sons every day , defame through out the world , hatered for america and her real enemies getting chance to develop themselves and make thier military strongth enough to challenge america, like when ussr was sinking in afganistan , her enemies deveoped so much and lost her friends , this is the biggest mistake done by the america for oil , do you believe that sadam was the best friend of america for a long time , and do you belive that bush so many time admitted that there were no terorists in iraq, they attacked for stopping weapons of mass destruction , did they find , it was a war for oil and a conspiracy , but bush did all this against the interests of america
proper justified un resolution can save america , or then they can request the big boss , the uk to rescue them from this destruction , note that the final solution shall be this one
there were strong protests in america by its people against this war, and severe protest in the uk, the people of these countries are not responsible for all this , it is the group of a few , resulting in a full hatered for common americans in the world , this group made the american enemies happy and its friends sad by doing this

The Americans anD British need to stay in Iraq, simply because what we have done is not finished.
Iraq is on the brink of civil war, if we were to leave now it would pin point to the only reason why we went into this illegal war...........OIL
Iraq played no part in 9/11 and has or has never had any links to Osama bin Laden.
Saddamn and ObL detested each other
This is fact....in my opinion the war was unjust

I was asked earlier tonight "would you like it if someone came into your country and just took over?" I was asked this by a Iraqi women. We are not to be the worlds savior.
We need to pull the log out of our eye before looking for the splinter in theirs.
Stay the course my @ss! HE just wants more oil, HE wants to go down as a real president. And can't figure a way out without the impeachment papers hitting him in the butt.
What has HE really done for us? The Towers would have went down regardless of who was President HE took advantage of that to even the score for his daddy.
I totally 100% support our troops I just want them home save, Staying the course will not do this,
