that's a sticky situation. If she does not sleep with him, you can continue to be friends...if she does then they break it off, you will lose your friend.
So talk to both, if it is not serious enough to where you think they will be BF/GF , then no. If it's just hook up, no no no unless you wanted to get rid of her anyway.. But if the feelings are mutaul and he seems seriously liking her back as some one he would settle with for a while, then it could be a good thing. But if not, you will be caught right in the middle of it.

yup.... don't see why it should cause trouble - but be sure to make it clear to both of them that them being in a relationship isnt ur problem or responsibility... stay the hell out of their business. u don't want to lose ur friend over this, so steer clear and let them do whatever they wanna do
