Show a side of yourself she's never seen before by doing something completely random and unexpected... it's interesting when guys show a little mystery and then pull it back, keeping someone wondering. Get creative with it (as long as it's not perverse, or anything).
Then, it all depends on the type of girl you're dating-- gifts might work, too. Good luck.

Stay interesting and interested in her. Listen to her, keep surprising her with little gifts or surprises. But hey, if she loses interest, don't waste your time and move on.
