It depends how far back you want to go. The rear most part would be the rudder, which is the vertical fin that flaps left or right when turning, or the elevators which flap up and down when climbing or diving. They are attached to and form the tail, which is attached to the tail section.

aft......usually passengers cant travel into the tail...but ive been in the back of a plane before...it was aft i think
