Dont. First of all you'll not get any pressure on your brakes and you will lose all control of the wheel since it's electronic will shut down and you won't be able to turn the wheel at all.

That being said, it's a death wish. Long story short, you'll end up killing someone.

Not much. Sure your power steering would go out, but you won't notice it much until you car slows to a lower speed. the brakes will feel a little different, but will still work. If your trans is not in neutral, the slowing of your car will be fairly rapid. If it is in neutral, your car will gradually slow down. Overall, it is no big deal and you would be able to restart your car right away (while still rolling). It is not the best thing for your car but don't listent to the horror stories. Think: Do you really think car makers would build cars that turn into death traps when you turn the motor off while in motion? No. It is just too likely that people will try just that, or be in some emergency situation where the motor must be shut off. Go ahead, try it.....just don't do it too much.

Power steering shuts down, the steering column would lock, you'd lose the power brakes...if you don't have power brakes and steering, you'd lose the power assist which comes down to the same thing.

If you've got an automatic, you'd probably tear up the transmission unless you put it in neutral first....may be okay with a manual transmission...that one I don't know for sure.

You'd probably get in a horrific wreck...at 80 likely kill yourself or wish you were....worst is, you may hurt someone else who was just minding their own business.

I had a car that did that every morning in the winter. I just coasted along on to the hard shoulder. If you have power steering its more fun as you'll never get it over

It slowly rolls to a stop. (unless you slam into park...that's where the fun begins. Do you not like your car?)
Obviously MissileMe has never tried it.
nor has Kaia.
